By sheer luck, a friend recommended an up-and-coming freelance work marketplace: Upwork. Within two weeks of joining, I landed my first copywriting contract. The snowball effect had begun.
It all began on a brisk autumn day, in a quaint cafe tucked deep within the Balkan Peninsula.
As a kid, I dreamt of becoming a professional baseball player or architect (thanks to an obsession with Legos). But it wasn’t until I was in the midst of a backpacking trip in a faraway land that I realized what I truly wanted to do: help people sell their dreams.
Flash forward to today, and I’m able to do just that. Whether it’s a startup, small business, or new brand, I’m always delighted to partner with ambitious teams that truly want to make a difference with their products or services.

Four years of intense grinding paid off, and Upwork awarded me the prestigious title of 'Top-Rated'. With the new title, I was able to apply to better jobs, charge higher rates, and land more contracts.
Thanks to good fortune and solid client reviews, I landed a full-time position as a UX Content Writer at a major financial firm. While there I was able to greatly expand my skills and knowledge of user experiences and interfaces.
After years of helping others build their dreams, I figured why not pursue my own? In January of 2025 I launched Spectre Copy, as an ode to years of ghostwriting as a digital nomad trekking across the globe.
